# 推荐散热方案

- Atlas 200I A2 加速模块主芯片与均温板之间推荐使用0.8mm 6W/m·K的导热凝胶。
- 均温板施加给芯片的压力不可超过芯片的最大承压能力。
- 主板上其他器件，如DDR、Mos和Flash也建议采用贴壳散热方案，确保这些器件不超过使用规格。
